Service Description
Provides confidential, voluntary, customized support to individuals and their families or friends who are looking to disengage from extremist hate-motivated groups or who have been victimized by a hate crime or incident. Services include:
- Counselling
- Mentorship
- Referrals/Resources
- Advice/Advocacy.

NOTE: The Evolve Program, which is offered through the Organization for the Prevention of Violence, is based in Edmonton and provides services throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. It works independently from government and law enforcement. It is funded in part by Public Safety Canada and is a not-for-profit society.
Eligibility
- For people who are seeking positive change for themselves and their loved ones who have ideologies of hate crimes. - Also supports individuals and their families who have experienced a hate incident or crime.
