Service Description
Works to ensure that Veterans and their families are treated fairly and have access to the programs and services that contribute to their wellbeing. Services include:
- Information and Referrals – help navigating through the complex Veterans Affairs system.
- Complaint Resolution -address complaints from individuals who believe they have been treated unfairly by Veterans Affairs Canada or other service providers. Information on how to Submit a Complaint is available on the website.

Serving Canadian Armed Forces members, RCMP member, veterans, family member or representative.
