Service Description
Offers the same variety of post-secondary programs for students with developmental disabilities.
- Participating students audit courses but also set goals and receive a certificate of achievement.
- Inclusive education is flexible.
- Learning space is set to the individual.
- Course assignments and exams are adapted.
- If the program has a practicum, student goes on a practicum.
- Inclusion in the classroom is only one component of the program; the other is inclusion in campus life – a partnership between the student, program staff and instructors to ensure a positive experience.
- Program runs year-round.
- Students are encouraged to find summer employment.
