Service Description

A group program for students experiencing issues related to violence and/or mental health challenges. Each week, participants have the opportunity to explore different topics through discussion, art and interactive activities. It is a safe and supportive space for participants to share and connect. Topics explored during group include:

  • Relationships
  • Stress and Teen Pressures
  • Communication
  • Substance Abuse
  • Anger
  • Self-harm
  • Suicidal Ideation
  • Depression
  • Grief and Loss
  • Life After High School.

Eligibility

Students in elementary and high school.

Application Process

This program is offered in varying elementary and high school locations across Saskatoon, contact your school counsellor to register or to inquire about the program.
