Provides free services that helps newcomers learn how to use library services to improve their English language skills including:

  • Heritage language resources
  • English language instruction
  • Citizenship
  • Online group tutoring
  • One-to-one EAL tutoring
  • IELTS preparation

Eligibility

Must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Regina with a valid library card.

Application Process

Contact 306-777-6009 to register or visit the Literacy Services office at Central Library for the first time.
