Service Description
Supports motivated and dedicated job seekers who want the to work in competitive, community based, paid employment. The Program is designed to support individuals with career and employment decisions and to support them with working in employment settings.
Offers a range of services to job seekers and employers including:
- Intake and Assessment
- Job Search Support
- Job Development
- Job Coaching
- Maintenance
- Supportive Listening
- Resumes
- Job Modifications / Accommodations
- Career Counselling
- Transition Planning
- Outside Referrals
- Sensitivity Training
- Pre-Screened, Reliable Employees.
