Service Description
Provides municipal services for the town of Kipling, including:
- Utilities and taxes
- Permits and licensing
- Street maintenance
- Protective services including RCMP, volunteer Fire Department, Jaws of Life and a town-wide emergency communication system
- Waste management services including compost, landfill site, and weekly garbage and recycling pickup
- Library
- Airport services for town residents.
In addition, recreation services and facilities are provided, including:
- Skating and curling arena, swimming pool, tennis courts, playgrounds, golf course, and campgrounds
- Children’s summer parks program
- Various senior, adult and youth active programs.
