Provides a flexibly scheduled and routed transportation service using low-capacity vehicles such as vans for community residents who do not have private transportation and are unable to use the fixed-route public transportation system.

In Town Return Trip - $3
Out of Town Trips - $10 flat rate, plus $0.50 per kilometer.
