Sunshine Dreams for Kids

Service Description

Grants individualized experiences (dreams) to children living with severe physical disabilities across Canada.

Eligibility

Children and youth 7 - 17 years of age who are living with severe physical disabilities.

Application Process

Online referral forms can be submitted to Sunshine Foundation by a medical professional who is working with the child, or by a parent or guardian of the child. To qualify for a Sunshine Dream, a child must be between the ages of three and their 18th birthday, challenged by a severe physical disability or life-threatening illness, a resident of Canada, and cognitively and physically capable of expressing his or her dream.
