Service Description
Provides assistance to tenants with issues such as eviction and withheld security deposits under the Residential Tenancy Act. Assistance may include advocacy, application to the Residential Tenancy Dispute Resolutions Services (RTDRS), or defending a civil court claim with the assistance of a lawyer.
Eligibility
Low-income, and people experiencing barriers, who cannot otherwise afford legal services.
