Service Description
Offers healthcare from home. Allows you to see a doctor, mental health counsellor, or dietitian from your phone, where and when it is convenient for you.
Eligibility
Aims to serve Canadians currently without a family doctor or those who seek medical care after-hours. If you have a family doctor, we recommend you continue seeing them.
Application Process
- The TELUS Health MyCare app on your phone
- A TELUS Mobility or Koodo plan with Easy Roam® enabled or a Can-U.S. plan
Documents Required
You will need to be connected to the internet. Where possible it is recommended to use Wi Fi.
Fees
Residents in Saskatchewan who are covered under provincial healthcare plan can access virtual consultations at no direct cost (you will not be billed after your consultation), but this may be subject to change.
Alternatively, patients without provincial health insurance in Saskatchewan can access virtual consultations for $70 per physician consultation.
Data charges may apply for service outside Wi-Fi coverage.
