Service Description

Offers services to survivors of a brain injury and their family members, including:

  • case management
  • counselling and support
  • support groups
  • work/school program modifications.

Eligibility

Persons who have sustained an acquired brain injury. The most common causes for the injury include vehicle collisions, strokes, falls, and brain aneurysms. Clients can include survivors of a brain injury and their family members.
