Service Description
Provides basic supports for individuals who are HIV positive, as well as for individuals considered to be at risk. Services include counselling, transportation to medical/legal appointments, and support in locating housing and basic necessities. Also works with individuals with other infectious diseases as well.
Eligibility
Persons involved in street prostitution, including sexually exploited youth and youth at risk (at risk usually means exposed to an environment of one or more of: heightened violence, drugs/alcohol, high unemployment rates, leaving school without learning, early and risky sexual behaviors), as well as other street involved people.
