Service Description
Provides group living, educational and vocational programs to people with multiple, complex developmental needs. Care and support are focused on person-centered and strength-based services.
Designed to provide individualized treatment based on principles of social integration and normalization and provide participants with an opportunity to develop skills to live more independently in their community.
Only available via a referral from a professional.
Eligibility
Clients with developmental disabilities.
