Service Description
Provides supports to youth and adults experiencing disability whose needs are not currently being fulfilled. Supports encompasses in-home and community based options that are tailored to meet the needs of each person. The program aimed at empowering people to have true choice and control of their own life. Supports provided to encourage the individuality and value of each person and center on the development of meaningful relationships within the community.
Eligibility
Adults and youth with an intellectual/developmental disability; must meet mandate of Community Living Service Delivery (CLSD), Ministry of Social Services.
