Service Description
Offers two support groups for individuals who have experienced intimate partner violence or family violence.
- INSIGHT – Women’s Support Group – Offers a 9-session, online (Zoom), self-guided group that gives women the opportunity to connect with others on a similar journey and empower them to thrive. Pre-registration is required. Visit the website for more information.
- CONNECT – Support for All – Offers an in-person or virtual support group. This group runs weekly. Format alternates between times of sharing, information sessions, discussion nights, guest speakers, and creative expression nights. Pre-registration is NOT required. Visit the website for more information.

Individuals who have experienced intimate partner violence or family violence.
