Service Description

Agriculture Student Scholarship – Ministry of Agriculture – offers 4 scholarships to Grade 12 students and recent high school graduates that are pursuing an agriculture-related post-secondary education.

Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cambridge Scholarship – $500 awarded to grade 11 students to assist in finisihing their grade 12 school year. (Can be used for books, school supplies. family expenses or other expenses to meet academic goals)

Fellowship and Travel Scholarships to Study in French – provides an opportunity for minority-language and second-language students to pursue post-secondary French educaiton in Saskatchewan and out-of-province, when courses are not available to them in Saskatchewan.

Grants for Services and Equipment for Students with Disabilities – provides up to $22,000 per program year to purchase specialized education-related services and assistive equipment (does not have to be paid back) to students with either a permanent or prolonged disability enrolled in a program at an educational instiution.

Queen Elizabeth II Centennial Aboriginal Scholarship – a $20,000 scholarship awarded annually on the basis of academic excellence to First Nations and Métis students pursuing graduate and post-graduate studies in any field at an accredited Saskatchewan university.

Queen Elizabeth II Scholarship – a $20,000 scholarship awarded annually based on academic excellence to graduate and post-graduate students studying Saskatchewan policitics and government at an accredited Saskatchewan university.

Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Scholarship – $1,000 awarded to grade 12 students who will be attending a post-secondary institution in the fall.

Saskatchewan Advantage Scholarship (SAS) – provides $750 per year, to a lifetime maximum of $3,000 to eligible Saskatchewan grade 12 graduates attending a Saskatchewan post-secondary institution.

Saskatchewan Innovation and Opportunity Scholarship – provides funding by the Government of Saskatchewan, matched with funds raised by post-secondary institutions through private sector and community-based partners.

Saskatchewan Scholarship of Honour – offers a $5,000 scholarship to Canadian Forces members from Saskatchewan. Also available to family members (spouse and children) of fallen or disabled members.
