Service Description
Provides flexibly scheduled and routed transportation services for community residents who do not have private transportation or who require a specialized vehicle to accommodate wheelchairs or other mobility devices. Equipped with a wheelchair lift.
Service is available all hours provided that the van booking is done in sufficient time to find an available driver.
Eligibility
Primary customers of this service are older adults living in the Newhope Lodge, however, this service is also available to the community as needed.
Application Process
The van is booked on a first-come, first-served basis for those who require the service.
