Service Description
Offers 146 life-lease homes in four buildings, Court East, Court West, Manor, and Chateau. St. Volodymyr Villa Corporation guarantees to buy back the unit for the appraised market value at the time of sale. Life-lease options include:
- sizes from 946 – 1396 square feet,
- all two bedrooms, some with den,
- two bathrooms,
- air conditioning,
- ensuite provision for washer and dryer,
- furnished common room,
- spacious balconies and storage areas,
- heated underground parking,
- pressurized hallways,
- car wash bay and workshop.

Older adults. Wait times are approximately 4 - 8 years depending on the size of the home.

Occupancy Costs: $441 - $478 per month.
Property Taxes: $90 - $130 per month.
