Service Description
Offers 85 one-bedroom and 15 two-bedroom rental suites for self-sufficient older adults. Facility is non-smoking. Stoves, refrigerators, blinds, and window air conditioners are supplied. A Resident Services Coordinator helps residents to live independently for as long as possible. Amenities and services include:
- chapel,
- convenience store,
- barbershop/beauty salon,
- two-lane, 5-pin bowling,
- two elevators,
- dining room,
- multi-purpose room,
- residents’ lounge,
- recreation areas,
- entry security system,
- complimentary laundry on each floor,
- individual emergency response pendants,
- one optional meal daily.
Eligibility
Self-sufficient older adults. Current wait time is approximately 6 years for one bedroom suites and longer for two-bedroom suites.

Fees
1bedroom (1 person) $844 per month, 1 bedroom (2 people) $894 per month, 2 bedroom (1 person) $957 per month, 2 bedroom (2 people) $1007 per month.
Rental rates include four evening meals per month, per resident.
Rental rates include electricity, water, and heat.
Does not include telephone, internet, or cable.
