Service Description

Offers 41 assisted living suites to residents who receive a combination of housing and personalized support services. Various health care services are available through Home Care. Designed for those who need or want assistance with activities of daily living, but do not need the skilled medical care provided in a nursing home. This is a non-smoking facility.

Each suite includes a bathroom, living and bedroom area, kitchen cabinets, a small fridge, microwave, blinds, and window air conditioner. There is a common dining area, a lounge, and other support areas. Services include:

  • three meals a day,
  • Resident Services Coordinator,
  • weekly housekeeping and linen service,
  • 24-hour staff presence,
  • individual emergency response pendants,
  • recreation activities,
  • personal support and advocacy,
  • spiritual support, 
  • entry security system.

Eligibility

Residents must be able to look after their basic personal needs or obtain services from Home Care. Wait times vary from 6 months - 3 years.

Fees

420 square feet (one person) $2015 per month (two people) $2715 per month.
535 square feet (one person) $2235 per month (two people) $2935 per month.

Monthly rental fees include electricity, water, heat, three daily meals, housekeeping, and 24-hour staff.
