Service Description
Provides financial assistance for sports and recreational programs.
Eligibility
- Be a registered band member.
Application Process
Forward to the Band office a complete application form:
Group application - on-line application form .
Individual registration and equipment - on-line application form .
Ten business days are required to process an application.
Documents Required
Group application
- Name of the members of the group.
- Details of the event the group is attending. (If Applicable)
- Quote or Invoices of what the group needs support with. (example: Team Apparel, Tournament fees)
- Recreational Group must have an account in their name as cheques will not be made out to an individual.
Individual application
Applying for Registration:
- Quote or invoice from vendor.
- Proof registration if it is not on the invoice and/or quote.
- Deadline date for registration.
Applying for Equipment Fees:
- Quote or invoice for equipment.
- Proof registration for the recreational program the youth is attending.
