A free, universal, voluntary, play-based program that supports parents and children to reach their potential by building on family strengths, enhancing knowledge, and providing support and opportunities. Focuses on:
- supporting optimum child development
- preparing children for kindergarten by promoting school readiness skills
- increasing awareness about the importance of a child’s early years
- encouraging positive parenting

Parents and their children, ages 0 to 5 years, living in rural Southwest Saskatchewan.
