Service Description
Provides individual advocacy and navigation counselling for older adults facing problems. Also provides specialized counselling services for First Nations / Métis older adults.
Eligibility
Individuals with physical and/or mental challenges must be age 60+.
Individuals on full OAS, CPP, and/or GIS must be age 65+.
First Nations / Métis older adults.
There are no restrictions for monthly information sessions, free blood pressure and blood glucose clinics.
