Service Description
Offers a variety of social programs in Regina’s North Central Community, including:
Children’s Programming: STEAM-based activities for children of all ages, covering science, technology, engineering, art, and math.
Nutrition Program: A bagged lunch designed by a Registered Dietitian is available on a first-come, first-served basis until supplies run out. The Dietitian is also available for one-on-one support.
Fun with Food: A monthly food preparation program for clients of all ages to learn how to cook quick, easy, and healthy meals.
Women’s Group: A monthly program covering a variety of topics and offering activities/skill-building opportunities. Led by a Registered Social Worker.
Cultural Support: A cultural support worker is available once a month for one-on-one or group sessions, offering cultural guidance and healing through culturally-based activities.
What’s the Buzz?: Educational and health-related seminars led by a professional, covering various health and wellness topics tailored to meet the needs of our community.
Literacy Days: A monthly program offering a variety of engaging activities for families, including games, arts and crafts, storytelling, and other interactive experiences that support language development.
Child-minding Available: Parents and guardians can leave their children in a supervised childcare area while participating in other programs and services at the clinic.Visit our website for our up to date programming calendar
Eligibility
Women's Group: For female-identifying individuals aged 16 and older Children's Programs: For children under 12 years of age Other Programs: Open to all age groups and gender identities, unless otherwise noted in monthly schedules.
