Service Description
Provides 24-72 hours of respite care in a home-like setting for parents and caregivers of children, birth to 18 years of age, with special needs.
Eligibility
Caregivers and families who have children with disabilities.
Application Process
Fill out the Client Intake Form and submit to the staff.
Fees
Hourly Respite $23 per hour
Overnight Respite $240 for every 24 hours
