Service Description
Alternative Measures refers to means other than formal prosecution of adults charged with less serious offences, and not having a significant record of criminal involvement. Upon successful completion of the program the charge is withdrawn by the courts.
Eligibility
Adults charged with less serious offences, and not having a significant record of criminal involvement.
Application Process
Referred to the program by the Crown Prosecutor or probation officer.
