Provides online therapy for adults (individuals or couples).
Areas of support include:
- Relationship concerns (couples, polyamorous, kink)
- Life transitions and personal challenges
- Mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, and stress management
- Family issues
- Sexuality and intimacy
- Separation or divorce
- Self-esteem
- Trauma
- Case consultation
Approved to provide services for individuals with Victims Services and Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) coverage.
Eligibility
Adults only.
Requires stable internet and private space to ensure confidentiality.

- $145 for individual counselling
- $185 for relationship counselling
