Service Description
Provides a variety of 40 different units for housing members including: 3-bedroom town houses, 1 & 2-bedroom accessible apartments and 2 & 3 bedroom accessible row houses.
Members are required to pay for their own electricity, cable, telephone, and gas. Heating is included in the housing charges for those living in the apartment block. Water charges are paid by the co-op. The purchase of a share capital is required prior to occupancy/membership in the co-operative.
Application Process
Contact Silverwood Co-operative business office to submit a membership application for consideration with the $25 non-refundable processing fee.

Membership - one time payment of $500 (returned when you move out)
Damage Deposit of $500 (returned if no damage when you move out)
