Service Description
Provides a home support program to help stabilize and strengthen the family unit.
- Includes intensive in-home supports, a Community Care Team, respite child care, referrals, and parenting skills development.
- Family Preservation workers meet and work with all family members to achieve goals set out by the families and Child Protection Services
- Referrals must come from the Yorkton Ministry of Social Services.

Eligibility
Families residing within the service area of Yorkton Ministry of Social Services, with a child in need of protection, with imminent alternative out of home placement.
Application Process
Referrals are made by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Social Services.
