Service Description

Peer support workers offers support to individuals struggling with schizophrenia, including:

  • Mental Health Support
  • Advocacy
  • Connection to local community and mental health resources.
  • Helps reduce hospitalizations, crisis situations, and helps with the proper use of medications.
