Service Description

If you are interested in participating in the Tune-Up Assistance Program, contact a SaskEnergy Customer Service Representative at 1-800-567-8899 or visit website.

Provides low income homeowners with free furnace maintenance to help reduce their energy costs through education and equipment maintenance.

  • Includes a Home Heating Tune-Up on natural gas heating equipment (covers up to $200 for minor repairs as deemed necessary).
  • Provides a free carbon monoxide alarm and two furnace filters.
  • In the event additional repairs or defects are identified, the homeowner is responsible for any repairs above what SaskEnergy covers.
  • Delivered in collaboration with SaskEnergy and local participating SaskEnergy Network Members (independent retailers and contractors).

Eligibility

Income qualified homeowners with an annual combined income of no more than $68,000. Renters/rental properties are not eligible. Must be located within 25 kilometers of a participating Network Member. Previously accepted applicants are not eligible. Must be in good standing with SaskEnergy.
