Recruitment opportunities for individuals wishing to become a police officer with the Saskatoon Police Force.

  • Three phase recruitment process – testing, application, interviews
  • Twenty weeks of paid basic training
  • Field training with an experienced officer
  • Salary range – $59,000 – $107,000

Basic Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Canadian citizen, landed immigrant or have permanent residency for a period of three years
- Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record (unrestricted for one year minimum)
- Visual acuity correctable to 20/20 or 20/30 in each eye (laser surgery acceptable after six months)
- Excellent health and physical conditioning
- Good command of the English language, written and oral
- Satisfactory employment record
