Service Description
Recruitment opportunities for individuals wishing to become a police officer with the Saskatoon Police Force.
- Three phase recruitment process – testing, application, interviews
- 20 weeks of paid basic training
- Field training with an experienced officer
- Salary range – $59,000 – $107,000
- Benefits (Health/dental/life insurance, pension and more).

Eligibility
Basic Requirements - Minimum age of 18 years - Canadian citizen, landed immigrant or have permanent residency for a period of three years - Grade 12 education or equivalent - Valid driver's license and good driving record (unrestricted for one year minimum) - Visual acuity correctable to 20/20 or 20/30 in each eye (laser surgery acceptable after six months) - Excellent health and physical conditioning - Good command of the English language, written and oral - Satisfactory employment record
