Citizen Patrol Program

Service Description
Offers a citizen patrol program where individuals can volunteer to provide a positive visible presence in their neighbourhood and serve as a deterrent to criminal activity. Volunteers work in teams, are identifiable by their vests, and carry a flashlight and cell phone.
NOTE: The Program is currently under review and subject to change.
