Service Description
Offers public service employees the opportunity to make disclosures of wrongdoing. Employees who think a wrongdoing has been or is about to be committed in their workplace can make a disclosure to or seek advice from the Commissioner’s Office.

Eligibility
Public service employees who feel that they have information that could show that a wrongdoing has been committed or is about to be committed, or that they or another employee have been asked to commit a wrongdoing, they may make a disclosure.
Application Process
1. To make a disclosure to the Commissioner, complete the online Disclosure Form.
2. If you would like more information before proceeding, call 1-800-667-9787 to ask questions or seek advice.
