Provides counselling and therapy services to adults, both individually and through educational and therapeutic groups that address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, mood regulation, grief, anger, eating issues, and problem gambling.


Adults who are seeking ways to reduce emotional distress and strengthen coping skills.
