Service Description
Outreach program that provides early interventions in pregnancy aiming to reduce health complications in mothers and their infants and prevent children from being apprehended at birth
Eligibility
Pregnant women who are at risk of their child being apprehended at birth, experiencing any of the following
- a risk of contracting HIV/HCV while pregnant
- mental health issues and/or addiction
- previous and/or current MSS involvement
- transient or experiencing housing uncertainty and vulnerability
- interpersonal violence
