Service Description
Provides two long-term, independent living homes for hard to serve or “at risk” females, ages 18 to 23, who are choosing to break down barriers and work towards positive life changes.
Offers:
- Safe Family Environment
- Access to 24/7 support
- Housing support for parents and their children
- Counselling
- Assistance in facilitating school, work, medical appointments etc.
- Connections to community supports
- Support to transition to independence
- Support Dogs
- Family Support.
Eligibility
Females 18 - 23 years of age, who are long-term wards of the province of Saskatchewan, or young mothers who are at risk of Family Services involvement or have Family Services involvement.
