Service Description
Offers three peer homes for young, at-risk women who have the ability to live semi-independently and are actively dealing with overcoming barriers such as mental health or addiction. Live-in mentor is available to discuss issues and concerns, provide support and offer guidance with life skills.
Offers:
- Safe Family Environment
- Access to 24/7 support
- A mentor/ house mom to assist with basic life skills and provide mentorship
- Housing support for parents and their children
- Assistance in facilitating and transporting to school, work, medical appointments etc.
- Counselling
- Connections to community supports
- Support Dogs
- Family Support.
Eligibility
Hard to serve or "at risk" females ages 12 - 18.
