Service Description

A supported living program that helps families transition toward independence through housing stability, skill development, and financial literacy.

Provides:

  • safe, clean, and sober apartment housing for families
  • one-on-one emotional support and individualized case plans
  • life skills training and connection to counselling and community resources
  • opportunities to gain work experience and job readiness through Action to Employment programs
  • a financial literacy program delivered in partnership with Conexus Credit Union
  • the ability to earn a damage deposit through “sweat equity” hours contributing to a trust account

Program is a collaboration between EGADZ, Saskatchewan Housing Corporation and the Ministry of Social Services.

Eligibility

Families, including single mothers, fathers, two-parent families, and youth who have aged out of the care of the Ministry of Social Services
