Service Description

Offers: Individual, Couple, and Family Counselling</a>; Youth Counselling</a>; and Play Based Therapy.

Services are available for children ages six and up, youth, adults, couples, and families to build strength and overcome challenges. Counselling issues may include: 

  • Addictions
  • Couples/relationship issues
  • Bereavement
  • Emotional distress (anxiety, anger, depression etc)
  • Health Interpersonal relationships
  • Parent/child
  • School issues
  • Violence/abuse
  • Work issues.

Note: Rapid Access Counselling (free quick access in-person or virtual mental health services) is available through Navera and other agencies via Counselling Connect Saskatchewan.

Eligibility

Children ages 6+, youth, adults, couples and families.

Fees

- For people with and income of less than $60,000, the fee is $25 to see an intern. - For people with an income between $60,000 and $80,000, the fee is $50 to see an intern.
- For people with an income above $80,000, the fee is $125 to see a Registered Counsellor.
- Insurance clients will be charged full fee.
- Employee Assistance Plans will be charged according to the plan.

- Play Based Therapy: $125/session. Insurance clients will be charged full fee. Employee Assistance Plans will be charged according to the plan.
