Service Description

A group for parents of challenging teens.

  • Has your teen been talking back to you? Sneaking out? Drinking? Engaging in dangerous or risky behaviour? Parenting teenagers can be a difficult task but gaining new strategies and talking with parents in similar situations can make it easier.
  • In this group, you will be able to talk about your issues and receive ideas, support, feedback, and personalized homework on how to support your teen.
  • Topics covered include how to establish healthy boundaries, confront problems, and rebuild the relationship with your teen.
