Service Description

A 12 bed-residential treatment program providing residential treatment services to adolescents and families with substance use/abuse issues.

  • Gives youth and families an opportunity to evaluate the impact of substance use/abuse, identify their strengths, and begin implementing changes that will contribute to a positive recovery lifestyle in the community.
  • Based on a four-week stay but offers flexibility to shorten or extend the length of stay depending on the individual’s needs.

Eligibility

Youth 12 - 18 years of age who meet the admission criteria - call for details.

Application Process

Referrals are made through an addictions case manager who is able to coordinate a continuum of care for the client before, during and after their stay. To arrange for an addictions case manager refer to Community Addiction Services (306-655-7777).
