Service Description
An after-school recreational program for youth age 13 – 22 with physical disabilities to ensure that youth with disabilities enjoy some of the same opportunities for fun, friendship and independence as other adolescents.
Eligibility
Youth, 13 - 22 years of age, with physical disabilities.
