Service Description
Provides community support to adults (engages clients within the core community who may not engage in traditional recovery services).
Offers a client centered approach, working with individuals where they are at, from a recovery and harm reduction perspective. Counsellors work closely with community agencies and partners to provide inclusive services to clients.
Counsellors may provide:
- Assistance with food and shelter concerns
- Assistance with medical transportation
- Connections to supportive community based organizations
- Links to appropriate services within Saskatoon Health Region.
Eligibility
Adults 18 years of age or older within the core community who may not engage in traditional recovery services.
