Service Description
Offers a in-person and online drop-in, harm reduction approach to recovery and well-being
- individual counselling
- six-week education and support group covering addictions basics, relapse prevention, recovery skills, relationships, emotional support, and social and culture learning
Eligibility
Adults, youth, their families and community members who are seeking information or support related to substance addictions
