Service Description
Transitional care home for HIV positive pregnant women who inject drugs, offers
- access to primary care physician, pediatrician, obstetrics and gynecology
- cultural supports, parenting supports, addiction supports
- in-house trauma counselling
- dedicated child protection team
- outreach support and care for 12 months
Eligibility
Pregnant women residing in Saskatchewan, with any of the following
- high risk (actively using substances)
- HIV positive and not engaged in care
- at risk of infant apprehension at birth
