Service Description
Responds and refers individuals with disabilities to appropriate organizations or government departments. Assistance can be provided with filling out disability-related forms, preparing for government program appeals, and providing information about disability services and programs.
Eligibility
Persons with disabilities, their supporters, or those inquiring of disability issues.
