Service Description
Provides free, private, non-clinical prenatal peer support sessions for expecting parents experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
Services include:
- validation, encouragement, and a safe space to share feelings and experiences
- education and resources about the birth process and available options
- discussion of fears or concerns and guidance on communicating with the birth team
- support in developing a birth and postpartum plan that promotes confidence and well-being
Eligibility
Expecting parents experiencing a Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder.
