Service Description
Offers virtual, non-clinical wellness sessions for parents up to two years postpartum who are experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
Services include:
- private, professional social support
- a safe and supportive space to share feelings and experiences
- information to increase understanding of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders
- ongoing social support and follow-up during treatment
Eligibility
New parents (up to 2 years postpartum) experiencing a perinatal mood and anxiety disorder.
